Source Acknowledgment: The User acknowledges and declares that the discovery and knowledge of the property for which they are viewing the Exclusive Content occurred through the intermediation activity and the web platform of the Owner.
Intermediation Commitment: If the User expresses interest in the sale or lease of the property, they agree to conduct any negotiations and finalize any potential agreement exclusively through the Owner.
Consequences of Breach: In the event that the User concludes an agreement for the aforementioned property directly with the owner or through other intermediaries, bypassing the Owner, the latter reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to have its right to the brokerage commission recognized, as provided by law. Acceptance of these terms constitutes proof of the Agency's decisive role in connecting the parties.

4.2. Collection and Processing of Access Data

Upon acceptance of the Exclusive Content, the Owner collects and retains the following technical and informational data, necessary to document the access granted and for security, analysis, and protection of the Agency's rights:

IP address of the device used
Exact date and time of terms acceptance
Property identifier for which Exclusive Content was viewed
Number of subsequent accesses to the Exclusive Content of the same property
Device information (type, operating system, browser)
Email address provided for access (where required)
Unique access token generated for the user

This data is collected for the following purposes:

Document the access to Exclusive Content and the related acceptance of contractual terms
Protect the Agency's rights in case of disputes related to brokerage commission
Ensure the security of the Site and prevent unauthorized access
Analyze Site usage and improve the services offered
Verify compliance with the terms of use
